my yoga teacher says that we must lightly push to a point of discomfort, then breathe into that discomfort, creating space around it for change. as we exhale, we must move into that change, ever so slightly, releasing the tensions that preceded.

gradual, intentional change.

honoring that which holds us back, but believing that we can be freed from it, envisioning expansiveness.


what of those who are charged with upholding a vision? those whose path is to inspire by their sheer purity of belief and attentiveness to plucking out those weeds of disbelief? those whose gardens are full of vibrant, flowering dreams? those who envision expansiveness. what of those people who forge ahead fueled by will and faith, what of those who do what my yoga teacher prescribes? what happens when we believe? what world do we transition to? i know full well it is not this one that we experience superficially on a daily basis. no, it is deeper. there are more wrinkles in the folds of time in this other world for attentiveness and observation; synchronicities are part of the usual vibrations; taps into the well of the collective consciousness are open and flowing freely....
